Dear Valued Customer:
Due to recent events involving COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to assure you that Great Lakes Pump & Supply Co. has a business continuity plan in place to protect our employees, customers and business. Great Lakes Pump and its suppliers are considered essential to infrastructure and will remain open during business shutdowns. We are consistently adapting to this situation as it unfolds.
We have a team of business leaders who are conferring on a daily basis to ensure the timely and appropriate sharing of information based on verified data from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the U.S.
We do not predict that any inventory constraints or component shortages will occur. We have a diverse production facility landscape accompanying a robust amount of inventory on hand as well as comprehensive inventory management procedures. We maintain multiple sources and locations for materials supply that will help alleviate delays on our products.
The health and safety of our employees and our customers is a top priority. As we continue to monitor the progression of COVID-19, we will adjust plans based on factual information coming from the authorities in charge of containing the disease.
We wish everyone good health, safety and security. We will update our communications with you throughout this time to better inform you of the latest developments.
Thank you for your confidence in Great Lakes Pump & Supply Co. and your support for our services.
